How does the free plan work?
Sign up, invite up to 6 people, and you're playing. Daily halftime opens at 9am and closes at 4pm in your team's timezone. Live sessions, leaderboards, weekly champions, all included.
Q.02 · Plans
What's the difference between the plans?
Free is great for small groups up to 6: 7 games, daily halftime on a default schedule, live sessions, leaderboards, and notifications via Slack, Teams, or email. Starter ($19/mo) unlocks the full game library and bumps you up to 10 users. Pro ($39/mo) adds full daily halftime customisation (your own times, per-day games), analytics digest, and 25 users. Business ($99/mo) adds groups and department leaderboards, priority support, and 75 users.

Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Switch the toggle on the pricing page to yearly and you'll see roughly 17% off, paid once a year instead of monthly.
Q.04 · Per-team
Flat-rate pricing, so no per-seat surprises?
That's the idea. Pick a plan, pay one price per team, invite your team up to the plan's user cap. No counting seats, no surprise invoices when someone new joins.
Q.05 · Multi-team
I run multiple teams. Do I pay separately for each?
Yes. Each team picks its own plan and is billed separately. If you'd rather one subscription cover everyone, bring them into a single team. Starter fits 10 players, Pro fits 25, Business fits 75.
Q.06 · Trial
Can I try before committing?
Yep. You get a 7-day free trial when you upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Business. Pop in your payment details, try everything out, and cancel before the trial ends if it's not for you. No hard feelings.
Q.07 · Cancel
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your team drops back to the Free plan with its 6-player cap.
Q.08 · Notifications
Do I need Slack or Teams?
Not at all. Email notifications are on by default for every plan, and Slack and Teams are there if you want to plug them in. Either way it's optional. Set your team's daily schedule, bookmark the page, done. The notifications just add automatic nudges so people don't forget.
Q.09 · Enterprise
What if we need more than 75 users, SSO, or custom content?
That's Enterprise territory. Hit the Contact us button on the pricing page or email hello@halftime.coffee and we'll set up a plan that fits: SAML SSO, custom game content, dedicated support, the lot.
